One of our long standing customers have upgraded their IT system to our Hosted Desktop and Server solutions this week. This means even if they can’t get access to their building, or if the internet is down, they can connect to their desktops and server data from home or a temporary location. It is essential for them to have access to care plans 24/7, 365 days a year, as they have a duty of care for their customers. This change has also enabled them to comply with the Local Authorities Business continuity plan.
Two of our technicians have spent a couple of days at their site in Prescot, making sure everything ran smoothly.
