Type of line: GEA lease line with SIP trunks
This was the 1st part of the installation of a contact centre Dialler solution. This stage was installing the PC’s & Dailler server onsite, ahead of the Lease line being installed.
This solution allows the customer to upload data/records into the dialler, and the system to run an automated campaign in the 12-seat contact centre.
All calls are recorded, and detailed call stats are available at any time.
